On-site Training
Get individualized, hands-on training, at your location by one of our experts. Advanced Training Classes are available locally in southern California. Traveling arrangements can be made for clients in North America requiring on-site training.

On-line Training
Don't have the time or money for an on-site training seminar with one of our AVM technologies reps? If you are new to the Realwise family or simply want help becoming familiar with Realwise software, then our Remote training is also available, on-line, via pcAnywhere. This cost effective alternative to onsite training offers you're the same level of personalization and customization without the expense of sending a trainer to your location.

Phone Support
Our state-of-the-art call center is staffed with highly trained product specialists who are available to answer your most difficult questions quickly and accurately. You are always connected to a live, courteous representative and given professional assistance.

Realwise telephone training consists of a structured telephone training session with a Realwise Trainer. One hour appointments can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. 

Instructor Certification Training
Lets us train the trainer. We realize that many larger organizations have their own training programs and we offer a comprehensive program to insure your organization stays self-sufficient.

On-Screen Training
On-screen training videos for all major functions means that new employees can quickly refresh their training without attending costly seminars. AVM Technologies will customize on-screen videos that show you how to do everything from entering data to advanced functions like reconciling bank accounts.
